We left the bay area and headed south to Monterey. First stop was Sunset State Beach. We got socked in with lots of fog and clouds. 

As we traveled south, we stopped in Pismo beach for some delicious seafood at Splash Café and then journeyed south to Ventura. The shot above is from Rincon. Not much of a crowd for a Summer day.

Annabelle, Jeff, and Kristina met up with us in Ventura and treated us to sushi. We love these guys!

Home cookin'

I had the pleasure of meeting Diane's father Oliver and his wife Nancy, and both were nicer than as advertised. We had a great evening and delicious BBQ. What a fantastic start to the summer!

I'm back... I'm back in the saddle again!

I'm very excited to take this journey. Little Macy mace, Stephanie, Chance, and Eve along with myself are heading to the bay area. First stop Bakersfield, hopefully for some Basque food.
