A day of huckleberry

So in Montana and Idaho, it was huckleberry this and huckleberry that. I never had it so I decided to go for it. 

This place came highly recommended

Went back to the well for a huckleberry milk shake... A slight improvement from the pancakes.

Ate some actual huckleberry from a bush... Not so good

Jumped into lake at Coeurd'alene to cool off. This place was a terrific Summer spot ala Lake Winnipausakee (sp.) but with a Hampton Beach crowd.

Gave the old huckleberry thing one more try at Roger's ice cream stand... fair.  Stupid is as stupid does.  Sincerely, Stupid.

We made the haul in one day from Glacier to Seattle. It was a nice relaxing ride with lots of open fields and thankfully, good cell service to make the time fly by.  Coeur d'Alene is definitely a destination worth revisiting.  Thank you Meghan and Elizabeth for the tips!
